The expression detected with a specific anti-FLAG antibody by indirect immunofluorescence reproduces the nucleolar localization of the endogenous protein. Bar, 10 μm. (B) Western blot analysis of a transfection with the FLAG-NOA36 construct in HeLa cells. FLAG-NOA36 is detected by the anti-FLAG antibody in the transfected cell extract but not in the empty vector transfected one (left blot).
